Excellent weather for a day trip from Beijing to first visit a cloisonne factory, followed by a visit to one of the Ming Tombs (final resting place of thirteen of the sixteen Ming emperors) at Chang Ling, and a late afternoon at the Great Wall in Badaling. I am still trying to interpret that Safety Notice for Tourists at the Ming Tombs - e.g., "No fight and brawl, no rabble, no feudal fetish and sexy service... Please do not crowd when the peak time appears, please weave...".
