Our last stop on the Yangtze cruise was at Wanxian for a visit to a market, the hanging coffin museum, and an acrobatic show. That little guy with the flowers was quite the entrepreneur - when nobody bought his flowers at the market, he raced through the back streets to catch the bus at the dock - with that much initiative, he finally made the sale! Back to the boat for lunch and final packing, we arrived at Chongqing where we visited the zoo and most of the tour group went for "foot reflexology" before flying off to Xi'an that evening. Whatever that reflexology deal was, which might even be painful, I passed and had a fabulous hour or so wandering the street market and watching the flow of life in what was probably the most "untouristy" place we stayed.
